On a more serious note, snow has hit the UK and Ireland, traffic has been badly effected, some schools are off and if you do venture outside, you'll be greeted by a bitterly cold wind!

Time to make the most of cancelled plans, enjoy having that extra bit of time to really relax, because relaxing is what helps us all become more effective in achieving what we want in our lives, including happiness!
